	News Oromolu to be renovated ROMANIA New Europe Property Investments is to renovate the Oromolu villa building in Bucharest. The building was damaged by fire in 2009 and now NEPI intends to build a 6,500 sqm business centre behind the facade in an investment of EUR 15 mln.
